Order Processing

Your order is dispatched only after one of our staff members contacts you to confirm it. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw their order within one hour of it being generated in the system, by notifying the provider by email or phone.

Use of Data: Information is collected, processed, used, and stored solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Data Sharing: The company does not disclose customers’ personal data to third parties.

Withdrawing Consent: Customers may withdraw their consent by emailing office@delpueblocigars.store; doing so may prevent us from providing the service.
