Can I order cigars online from Del-Pueblo Cigars?
- No. Under Article 31a of the Bulgarian Tobacco Act, distance selling of cigars and tobacco-related products is prohibited in Bulgaria. Cigars can only be purchased in person at one of our physical stores in Sofia, Plovdiv, or Svilengrad.
Which products can I have delivered?
- Non-tobacco products — humidors, accessories (lighters, cutters, hygrometers) and alcohol — can be delivered via Speedy courier. Delivery to a Speedy office in Sofia costs €3.70, and to a home address €5. Outside Sofia the rates are €4.20 and €5.50 respectively.
How long does delivery take?
- Courier delivery typically takes 2–3 business days depending on the destination.
How do I pay for my order?
- Payment is collected upon delivery via cash on delivery (COD).
Is there free delivery?
- Yes, orders over €414 qualify for free delivery.
How old do I need to be to shop at Del-Pueblo Cigars?
- You must be 18 years of age or older. The site requires age verification on first visit in accordance with tobacco and alcohol sales regulations.
